Directory Overview

About

With Instant Church Directory, we always have an up-to-date directory. Our church office enters all your data into one database, and the information is generated into a PDF format and instantly available on the mobile apps and online member directory website for your members.

A great feature of this directory is that our church family can update their information instantly through the website or mobile app. This will increases the accuracy of our directory, reducing confusion as we try to stay connected.

 

Photos are also a feature of this directory. You can upload them yourself or have our church office help you with this.

 

All photos and edits to the directory will automatically notify our staff via e-mail. Approval of the edits is required before they are posted.

Security

Instant Church Directory uses the industry's best practices for securing and backing up servers and data, including proactive 24/7 monitoring of our services for possible intrusions.

 

To ensure your directories are safe, we only allow access to members who are entered in the directory, and directories are automatically "wiped" from devices if you remove a member from your directory.

 

Printing

We provide you with a High-Resolution PDF perfect for printing. You can print the PDF off yourself or send it to a printer to print for you -- the choice is yours. There are no additional fees for the PDF, and you can update it as often as you would like.

Our family can view the directory from their iPhone, iPad, Android or Kindle Fire by downloading the free Instant Church Directory Members App.

The Instant Church Directory Members App is free to download, but you will only have access to our directory if we have your current email address on file.
